LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between You, the
User, and Templatefolio.com (the "website"). "Content" or "Product(s)"
is defined as any image or web template, photo, clipart and or other
graphics represented on the website.
By continuing the purchasing of membership, web template, by
downloading or using the products from the site, by placing or copying
the item(s) onto your computer hard drive, you are agreeing to be bound
by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of
this Agreement leave the site and remove all downloaded content.
Templatefolio.com represents that it owns all rights or has all
requisite authority, including all copyrights, in and to the Products,
or, is authorized to allow You to access, acquire, and use Content
under the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
You agree to access, acquire, and use the Content under the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Grant of License.
Templatefolio.com grants You a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to
use, modify, publish, display the Content according to the Terms and
Conditions of this Agreement.
You may access and acquire the Content via Templatefolio.com, and use
the acquired Content for the following purposes, provided you do not
violate the rights of any third party:
- make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
- use our web templates as your personal website, website of your company
- use photos, clipart and other graphics provided by Templatefolio.com in our webtemplates
You may NOT
- distribute the Content, login details, electronically or in hard
copy, authorize any third party to use the Content and login details
for any purpose or resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the
Content and login details for use;
NOTE:
Each subscriber should keep his username and password confedential.
Divulging of user details or making them public accessible is
prohibited.
In case of revealing valid login details are being publicly accessed,
they will be removed from the database and user’s subscribtion for this
customer will be immediately discontinued.
- share Content and login details across a network, on a CD, or in any other way;
- under any circumstances, use automated or programmatic means or methods to download Content;
- use Content in any logo or part of any trademark;
You understand that Content is copyrighted and may be owned by a third
party, and any unauthorized use by you may be an infringement of such
copyright.
2. Copyrights.
The Content is owned by Templatefolio.com and its licensors and is
protected by international copyright laws and international treaty
provisions. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to
any of our products, modified or unmodified.
Rights to use and authorized access to the webtemplates or other
products, distributed by templatefolio.com has a person who has paid
for a template copy, membership or has purchased a webtemplate on
exclusive basis.
Exclusive purchase implies that the webtemplate which has been bought
will be removed from templatefolio.com database. Person who has
purchased webtemplate on exclusive basis has an authority for
reselling, distribution of purchased webtemplate or any other usage
which does not interfere with this agreement. Other persons, who have
purchased a copy of this webtamplate or membership and downloaded it
before the moment of exclusive purchase still keep the rights to use it
according to the point 1 of this agreement. We determine amount of
downloads for each template.
3. WARRANTY.
THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TEMPLATEFOLIO.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE
CONTENT AND THE ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, IF ANY.
TEMPLATEFOLIO.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTS
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR MEET ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
4. Our Refund Policy.
Since Templatefolio.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we
do not issue refunds after the membership is bought or the product is
shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing
any article at our site.
5. General.
Templatefolio.com reserves the right to change or modify current Agreement without prior notice.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND THIS
AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING
AND USING THE CONTENT, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE CONTENT ONTO YOUR
COMPUTER HARD DRIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT'S TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.
