3. What do I receive when I order a web template?

Upon completion of the payment via our secure form, you will receive access to our memeber area or a link to download web template archive.

4. How can I use the template? What I am not authorized to do?

YOU MAY:
- make any necessary modification(s) to our web templates to fit your purposes.
- use our web templates as your personal web site, web site of your company

YOU MAY NOT:
- distribute web templates or other content provided by TemplateFolio.com electronically or in hard copy, authorize any third party to use the web templates for any purpose or resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available web templates for use;
- share any web templates across a network, on a CD, or in any other way;
- under any circumstances, use automated or programmatic means or methods to download web templates;
- use a web template, a part of a web template, or any graphic in any logo or part of any trademark;

5. Can I resell web templates to my clients?

If you want to resell web template to your client you must make fundamental changes to this web tempate. Mere customization (renaming the buttons, pasting text and client logo) will not be adequate. Changes must be cardinal. If you do not intend making cardinal changes, you must pay the full amount, defined as a price under selected web template, for each resale.

6. What is the difference between the regular price and the exclusive price?

In case of exclusive purchase we guarantee that purchased web template will be removed from our database and you are the last person, who has purchased this web template. Clients who have purchased this web template earlier do not lose their rights to use the web template. We track each download and these records are available.

7. Do I get exclusive rights on the usage of web templates as a member, or purchased on regular or exclusive price basis?

No. TemplateFolio.com grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, publish, display our web templates.

8. Can I share or resell my membership?

No. Only person who paid for a web template copy, membership or purchased a web template on exclusive basis authorized to use the web templates or other products, distributed by TemplateFolio.com. Each subscriber should keep his username and password confedential. Divulging of user details or making them public accessible is prohibited. In case of revealing valid login details are being publicly accessed, they will be removed from the database and user’s subscribtion for this customer will be immediately discontinued.

9. What photos and fonts do you use in web templates? Can I be certain that I won't have problems with copyright if I decide to keep photos?

All photos are Royalty Free and licensed.
All fonts we distribute has free license.

10. What a web template archive contains?

A web template archive contains 2 folders. First folder usually contains 3 html versions:
- html version with flash header or flash menu;
- html version without flash header or flash menu. Flash replaced with static or gif animated graphics;
- blank html version. This is the version where all texts (name of the site, menu items, etc,) a plain html text that can be edited with Notepad or other text editor and you don`t need to use Adobe Photoshop or Macromedia Flash.

The second folder is a source folder with editable Photoshop .psd file(s) or editable Flash .fla file(s)

Also a web template archive contains license.

11. Can I receive a refund?

If you bought a web template or subscription and downloaded something from the website we do not refund. We refund only if your stats shows 0 downloads. 12. What is FREE version of a web template?

Free web template doesn`t include any source files or flash. It is a blank html version that includes all pages with fully editable texts - menu items, links, content copy, etc. and has simplified graphics with reduced ammount of colors without accurate optimization.
